Making the transition out of our old community into a new one more than an hour away hasn't always been the easiest for our family. Thankfully, we are developing friendships in our new town that will likely develop into a deep community again some day, but for this weekend, we reveled in the presence of our old community come to visit!
From the giant slip and slide (that was improved upon by Mr. Gary adding an extension and some soap bubbles), to swimming in the lake, checking out the beach playground, eating delicious food, and having an awesome firework display by Mr. Scott and Mr. Jonathon, this weekend was over the top fun!
The tent city in our yard was a little bigger than last year, and we may ramp up for even bigger/better changes next year, but the best part of the weekend, was the people we reconnected with and the awesome memories that were made...until next year, here are some highlights!
