Ella turns 10

What kind of birthday cake does a 10-years-old female with a vivid imagination and a knack for creating thing want?  A fox birthday cake, of course.  Especially when said 10-years-old is a fox enthusiast with fox ears, fox stuffed animals, fox pens, fox shirts, and you name what else!  Today, we celebrate me being a decade old and for sure, the cake will be delicious!  This is the first year that mom and dad are letting me have some non-family guests to help celebrate; I had a tea party for some of my school/church friends, and of course, my honorary "sister" and closest girl cousin, Lydia.  All in all, I would say it has been a successful commemoration of another trip around the sun for me!  As I mature, I feel that my name will mature with me, and lately I have insisted that people refrain from calling me "Ellie."  Rather, now that I am older and wiser, I decree that I shall henceforth be referred to as "Ella."
