Just last week, Mama and Daddy and I headed to a little town off Lake Erie for some early spring lake weather--i.e. cloudy and chilly--well, actually we went for a vacation! We had a good time, despite the rain and fog on most days. We did have one fairly nice day, in which we spent some time enjoying the outdoors; we even saw the sun setting on the lake, which was very pretty. 
We rode on a big special boat, called a ferry, onto which we actually drove our Jeep! Did you know that you can put your car on a boat?!?! We took a short boat ride over to "Uncle Kelly's Island," where we rode around enjoying the views and took in the famous glacial grooves. Daddy and I skipped some rocks and looked for ducks and fish.
We also spent some time at a magical, watery place called Kalahari, an indoor water-park. It has lots of pools and slides and waves and fun! I had a great time splashing and playing in the water; even Daddy and Mama had fun going down water-slides with me and floating on rafts in the water. There was water everywhere!! All in all, we had a very enjoyable time on our vacation...although, hopefully, next time we decide to vacation in a warmer climate or at least during a warmer season, so that we can fully enjoy being on the water!
