My little brother, Isaiah, known affectionately as Z, Z-boy, Saiah, Ze-zoh, or Z-man is now mobile...sort of. He has taken to intentionally moving in a forward direction, at times very quickly and decisively! Here he is in action...Daddy got to see it too because he waited to show off until we were talking with Daddy on the computer! He hasn't quite figured out how to get his knees up underneath him; instead, he slides himself around, dragging his belly on the ground, which Mama calls his "Army crawl." I was trying to show him how it is done, but this kid is not very good at paying attention!
He is getting more fun, however, and less boring with each day...he is even big enough now, that we take our baths together sometimes. As you can see from this picture, he thinks I am hilarious and super cool; of course, he is right!
Even though he is growing everyday, he is still a baby...he sleeps a lot and doesn't have nearly the advanced skills that I possess; however, give him a little more time, and I will teach him all kinds of things! Until then, it is still occasionally fun to pretend I am a baby too...just so he doesn't feel bad that I am so much better than him! Mama even put a pretend diaper on me the other day to make him feel less ashamed that he can't go in the potty like me, which was so silly! I like to say "Goo goo, Ga, Ga" like Ze-Zoh as a surprise when she tells me that I am still her baby too!
My crazy Mama...she keeps telling me not to grow, but I trick her by growing while she is at work! It isn't very hard to out-smart her!
This last photo of Ellie, is eerily reminiscent of photos of my brother Russ in his "Super Man" pose - although, usually he isn't smiling and or wearing a pretend diaper...
