This weekend was very eventful...Nana and Grandpa came to visit; we got some snow, which is still falling; and my parents went completely crazy, bringing home a real live tree to put in our living room!! On Saturday, we all got bundled up and walked through a bunch of pine trees...until we found one that Mama and Daddy both liked. You can see it above with me checking it out. Daddy used a sharp tool to cut the tree down, as you can see below; I supervised the whole process, and he didn't lose any fingers or toes. We took the tree back to the Jeep, where the people who grew the tree shook it up to get all the debris out and put a big net around the whole thing! Then we put it on top of the car to take it back to our house!!
Here is our tree, ready to go back home to our house. It is very nice. This tree is now standing in our living room, smelling wonderful and twinkling brightly, although we haven't finished decorating it yet, so I will post some more pictures later. I hope you are having an exciting Christmas season at your house too!!
