The fun continues at our lake house this summer; we barely caught up on the laundry from having our old community friends come visit, when the cars started arriving for our family reunion! All my cousins on mom's side of the family came rolling in...even Kyleigh and Macy, who we don't get to see as often because they live so far away! We were excited to show them our new house and have fun swimming and playing in the sun with them. Even Great Papa and Great Grammie came up to visit for one night, and we had a "cajun boil" that was delicious--Great Papa sure is a good cook, in addition to being the world's smartest man! I hope I am as smart as him when I get bigger, and I also want to be as talented as my Great Grammie, who is a real-live artist. You should see some of her work, sometime...she is awesome.

The fun was essentially non-stop, but we got even more excited when we found out that Mama and Daddy planned a family trip to Niagara Falls for the whole family! We rented two great big vans and everyone piled in on Wednesday to make the long drive to the waterfalls!! Boys were in the noisy van, and Simon talked their ears off the whole way there and back, while all of us "quiet and well-behaved" girls piled in another--we did make an exception for baby Joey; since he is quiet and well-behaved, he got to ride with the girls!!
