Hello, Everyone! I don't know about you, but I am glad it is Friday. I have never before cared whether or not it was Tuesday or Saturday or Friday...but I do NOW!! I am glad that I don't have to go to school tomorrow. Instead, I get to sleep in!! Or at least my parents think I should...we'll see. I AM pretty exhausted, but I like to make them get up early whenever possible; it builds character, as my Papa Mike would say. I am going to do some hard-core playing tomorrow, and hopefully, coerce my Mama and Daddy into taking me outside for a walk or something. Next week will be here before we know it, and it will be back to the grind, so I hope to take advantage of the break!
In other news, tonight, my parents finally handed over the spoon to me. They have been giving me some delicious things to eat besides my milk for several weeks now, but they are always keeping (or trying to keep) my hands out of it. Spoil Sports! Well, I finally got my hands on that spoon, and I did a pretty good job of aiming for my mouth, if I do say so myself. Sweet potatoes are very delicious...if you hadn't had any lately, you should get some.

Next time you come to Grammie's, Ellie, I will slip you some ice cream..... Mom and Dad are holding out on you...but there is really good stuff out there that they haven't let you even try yet..... I am watching out for you though.
